Concealed anchors and rails are fully hidden behind the panel surface, allowing uninterrupted facade geometry.
3. Prefabricated panel system
UHPC panels are delivered with pre-engineered fixing points, ensuring accuracy and consistency on site.

2. Installation of brackets
Fix vertical brackets to the wall using appropriate anchors.
Adjust bracket depth to accommodate insulation thickness and ventilation gap.
3. Thermal insulation installation
Install insulation boards (e.g. mineral wool) between brackets.
Secure insulation mechanically if required and ensure continuous coverage.
4. Installation of vertical profiles
Attach vertical aluminium profiles to the brackets.
Check alignment and create a continuous load-bearing framework.
5. Ventilation gap setup
Ensure a continuous air cavity between insulation and cladding panels.
Maintain required spacing for proper airflow and moisture regulation.
6. Mounting of horizontal rails
Fix horizontal carrier rails onto the vertical profiles.
Align them according to panel dimensions and fixing system requirements.
7. Installation of concealed fixing system
Mount clips or anchors onto the rails based on engineering specifications.
Ensure precise positioning for load transfer and panel stability.
8. Panel installation
